Swansea Property Agents opened their doors for business in February 2010 with a refreshing approach to estate agency geared towards providing a personal and individual service for each and every client.

Covering residential sales and lettings the agency have also formed a student section offering much more than is currently available on the market for landlords to help ensure fewer void periods, rent guarantees and less repair work. Plans are also in place to expand into the commercial sector and property investments.

The company has been formed by Andy Smith and Andy Mildenhall whom have combined their skills and experience to package together services to suit everybody’s requirements. With several client testimonials received during their first month in business Swansea Property Agents appear to have a very bright and promising future ahead of them.

Swansea Property Agents are offering very competitive fees for both sales and lettings as well as many extra services not currently provided in Swansea.
